The opinions and text are all mine.I have done through the daunting and expensive process of trying almost every gluten-free pasta brand in the US. This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Horizon Organic. Now are you ready for this tasty dish? Time for dinner! How wonderful is that? I don’t know about your kids but mine would be fine with Mac & Cheese every night, so I may be using this tool a few times a week! They will be rolling out this new tool soon!

All you have to do is select the ingredients you have in your home and it will generate a recipe using those ingredients and Horizon Mac & Cheese. Right now Horizon is introducing a great new tool call the MAC-N-ATOR, it is a recipe generator that will make your life a little easier. That way for meals like this, I simply defrost them and warm them up, then they are ready to go anytime I need them just as store bought meatballs would be. These can either be store bought gluten-free meatballs, or if you are like me, I like to make my own then freeze them. I used canned carrots paired with gluten-free meatballs. It takes just under 30 minutes from start to finish and it taste great too.

Now, this is great for a quick and easy meal night, maybe on the way to after school activities. I decided to take this classic Mac & Cheese and add a spin to it and make it a one-dish dinner. The best part is that it taste just like the real thing! That’s a win, friends. Thankfully, I was just recently introduced to Horizon Gluten-Free Macaroni & Cheese. That being said, when you are gluten-free, it’s a little bit more of a challenge to find a product that taste as good as the real deal but doesn’t have that added wheat flour in it. My kids love Mac & Cheese, and I do too! I have a hard time making it for them if I can’t join in and have a bowl too. One struggle we have is when it comes to Mac & Cheese.

That way, I’m not having to make something different. I like to eat what my family eats, so I try to make our meals gluten-free as much as possible. On top of that, I have the added challenge of making tasty, gluten-free meals too. I am sure I am not the only one that sometimes has struggles to get dinner on the table especially kid-friendly dinners.
